Because every soap, oil, and blend is handcrafted to order in small batches, we’re not able to accept returns on opened or used products.

If something arrives damaged or incorrect, reach out within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right: a replacement or a refund, whichever makes more sense.

Sessions and readings cancelled with at least 48 hours’ notice can be rescheduled at no charge. Digital downloads and free items are non-refundable.
